Sumi has integrated various automation systems in the best possible way during the renovation of the Wiertz building. An important element is the customised KNX lighting circuits in the hundreds of offices, where the lighting is automatically dimmed depending on the natural incidence of light in each case. The facility manager had also asked to be able to look into the electrical consumption for each circuit in each panel. All this has been visualised via a central building management system tailored to the needs of both the technical staff and the various users. Each type of user has their own access level and only sees what relates to them.
