The Wanzele community centre, a newly constructed building in the municipality of Lede, can be hired by a variety of associations wishing to organise their events there. Due to the diversity of the people hiring the building, it was important to come up with a simple but solid building management system. Sumi has provided a control system for both lighting and heating, which are intelligently controlled according to rental and use.
